To get the best results, it’s important to recognize that everyone is unique. We come in different shapes, sizes and strengths. What works for one person, might not work for another. Recognizing and understanding these differences is important to achieve your goals in any exercise program. I will create a bespoke programme to help you achieve your goals. And I will make it fun! Personal Training is all about staying motivated. It is about having someone to guide you through your entire programme of health and fitness development, which includes your training, your diet and your lifestyle.
You are in your best shape possible when you are strong and flexible at the same time. This means not only focusing on strength building work-outs but adding and mixing it up with yoga and stretching, cardio-vascular exercises and core-strenghtening. My method of training is based on the “confusion” method. I believe, that in order to train effectively, you need to mix-up your routines, to break your patterns and basically keep surprising your body. In this way, you will make more progress, you won’t reach a plateau and your opportunities for growth remain endless. This way of training will challenge you on all levels, mentally and physically. It will train your whole body, from head to toe. The results are more strength, more flexibility, increased health, a fitter, happier and healthier you!
