Laila Kuri Murad is coming back to Amsterdam this year on May 19-20! This time she will surprise us with an Eye of The Tiger Practice on Saturday May 19 and a wind-down session on Sunday May 20.

Eye of the Tiger
An Eye of the Tiger Practice is an intensely fun and playfully serious practice in which you will explore every class of poses sequenced to deepen your physical openings and expand your heart and mind to experience your beautiful Self from a fresh perspective!

In this practice Laila leads you through a full spectrum of poses. The practice combines poses from all three Anusara syllabi, from beginning to advanced. It is geared to all adventuresome yogis who are ready for a challenge and are prepared to sweat! In this interactive and playful class you will explore more intermediate and advanced poses and partner up to help each other help each other get deeper into the poses.

It’s a great way to practice together, to make new friends and to have lots of fun while growing your yoga practice. If you like a challenging practice and you have an open mind, come play with us! No major injuries, please. All levels welcome, but experience with yoga is recommended.

BIO
Laila Kuri Murad is a certified Anusara Teacher from Mexico.  She began her spiritual journey through a healing process in 1999, discovering yoga and then immersing herself in Anusara since 2002.  She has studied at the Ramanari Iyengar Yoga Memorial Institute in Pune, India, and with Douglas Brooks, Carlos Pomeda, Mani Ram and David Kyle.  Her Anusara journey has involved crossing seas and borders to study with her master teacher, John Friend as well as Sianna Sherman, Anthony Bogart and Kent Lindemer.
